Repeatedly we're told by different media outlets who they think is "it" and who is "not", but I would like to know, who is "it" for you, and why?
Not to say none of these girls have "it"and more, but are they the definition that Vogue defines an "It Girl" to be for you? Furthermore, if that definition just doesn't stick "it" for you, what defines that "it" needed to be "IT"?
