My Closet

I bought this bag to replace really good carry on bag for my trip to Miami, FL. I think I made a very good choice, especially for a price of only $19.99! I caught site of this and questioned on if it was really needed. That was a very short thought process, lol. I love the colour and style. Isn't it great looking like a million bucks when your whole outfit plus accessories and shoes are way under $100 dollars.

My Closet

Another pair of shoes from my special little place. I actually saw these in Steve Madden's store, but did not purchase them there ;) I saw these and immediately looked for my size. That is the joy of shopping, when you know, you know. It's a great feeling knowing you self style enough to know that a particular accessory, top, bottom or shoe will be the perfect "fit". This is what happened here, I fell in love and I know they will always carry me away.

My Closet

I went into another store, looking for something else, and found these. I bought these shoes for TADAAAAAAAAAA...$8.40. Love at first sight. They are so punk rock I don't know what else to call them. They make my feet look great, and I feel like a rock star minus the pay :)

"Pump" Up the Volume-Steve Madden

I know, a little corny, lol. But these pumps with definately do that with your outfit. Understandable the need to show these off, but I think they would look great under a pair of slacks as a hidden surprise. It will catch the eye as you walk, but when you sit and the shoe is revealed, well...you can't be responsible for what happens next. :) Twilitte is sold in two shades, black and gray suede. Cost $99.95

Studded Palace

And the stud's have it! I love hardware, and stud's on my shoes when they're placed correctly. Hence why these booties are my next pick. These a funky booties that would look great with opaque tights and a nice mini skirt or dress. I can see myself hanging out at a New York bar shooting some pool and laughing it up while wearing these nailing kicks. These are sooo going on my wishlist! Not found on the site, nor on Zappo's, but as I did you can too find them in the store.

In the right "Elemint"-Steve Madden

These little jewels caught my eye because of the suddle colours of the sandal. The picture on the Steven Madden sight doesn't do this shoe justice. It's not greatly elaborate, but pair with a nice black evening dress, and you have your pop of colour. It has a great patterned style, in addition, I like the fact that you can pair this with a colourful outfit, and atleast have one colour match up (don't try to match all please!)! The brown sandal has the multi coloured beads, and the black has the shades of blue & white. I love both pairs, and would like to add them to my collection. They're simple but just the pop I need. Cost $99.95

Another sale waiter... :)

Rainbow Goodies-Steve Madden

I love this rainbow of colour of the Saahara. They caught my eye and I am sure they will catch an eye of another stylish a passerbyer. They have 9 colours for these sandals: black suede, cognac leather, dusty gold, natural snake, purple suede, silver, turqouise suede, white leather, & yellow suede. They're sold on the site, as well as in the store. Although, there is more of a colour option on the site than I saw in the store. Cost $49.95
Taste like candy...

Deperado-Steve Madden

These boots made me think of the Antonio Banderas movie, Desperado. Called the Roundup, they're kool boots that I think I would rock with a knee length dark denim skirt. No jeans here baby unless they're tucked. They're simple, but possess a good asthetic's. Unfortunately I did not find them on SteveMadden.com, but I found them on Zappos.com.
They're selling them for $159.90, and the have two colours, grey and brown leather.

Mrs. Wavverly waved at me-Steve Madden

This is the Wavverly. I think these are pretty kool with a funky touch. This would bring funkaayness to a nice black mini. You have two colours to choose from, chestnut and black suede. I would wear the chestnut suede waves with a nice black mini to give a nice contrast. I am seeing a leather mini in my mind (just don't wear it on a super hot day or else you may end up like Ross on Friends, LOL) but any other fabric would due I am sure. Cost-$89.95
Looks like I will be waiting a sale to kick in before I get these :)

By the way, I learn of these jewelry designer tonight, and I think her jewelry would go greay with these sandals. B. Rawlings is the name of the company, name of the girl Brittany Rawlings. I read a bit about her and the company, and I am impressed. She is shooting for her dream and living it at the same time. Check her out too @ www.brawlings.com (prices on phone request only at this time)

My Lil' Crocodile-Steve Madden

How cute are these boots!? I tried finding these on the web site and sadly found out they don't sell it on there (don't you hate that?), but I'll say this, Jimmy Choo's has their Hunter Boot for $395.00, (which Steve Madden didn't do a bad job immitating) and I am 100% these don't cost near that much. You can check for these at your nearest Steve Madden store. I found these on the King Highway store...

Chainge-Steve Madden

Walking along the street searching for something else, I ran into Steve. He introduced me to a few of fine goodies up his sleeve :)
I saw this sandal and thought it was neat. The would look great with short of any length, or skinny jeans to advertise the sweet detail of the sandal. Perfect for showing off your pretty little manicured toes.

They're sold on the site as well as in the store, you have 4 colours to chose from, a zipper back closure, and it has a good heel height with it's conical* heel, for when your feet need a break from your high heels. Cost-$89.95

I've read a few times that flat shoes are not great for the feet, but as with everthing, moderation is key. These look all right, but it is alway good to keep some Dr Scholl's or store brand shoe products in the baggie.

*Wide round heel that slims down to a point

Spring is almost here...

So we had a major snow storm hit the North East at the end of last week, and boy did it hit. It was just a few inches over what storm of 96' brought New York. Although more snow is set in the forecast be aware, spring is almost here! Which also means summer is not too far along (a girl can dream). Soooo, it is time to think about actually buying those summer sandals (short or high) instead of just looking at them in the window. Why not get into the summer mood with some new SHOES!
